This agreement is a legal contract between you and Nord Accelerator (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain operations, we may adjust features or fees, with reasonable notice where applicable. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase crash reporting. While using the Service, you are also subject to the respective terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid mobile service, data limits, poor signal, device restrictions, or third-party network conditions. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi, and roaming costs outside your home country are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, loss of access caused by battery depletion, disabled system permissions, or rule changes by third-party platforms is not covered by compensation. Although we maintain route information and app compatibility, parts of the service rely on third-party infrastructure; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such dependencies. The Service Provider may update, modify, or terminate the App when necessary.
