This Privacy Policy explains how Nord Accelerator (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information when you use the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We collect necessary data to provide stable VPN functionality and protect your privacy within the scope of this policy.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system version, in-app access paths, crash logs, and usage duration. To recommend better routes and improve connection quality, we may process approximate location information. These data are used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Nord Accelerator's node distribution; 2. identify regional connection issues through anonymized aggregates; and 3. send important service, security, or account notices. Sensitive information is handled within the limits described in this policy.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvements. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. actions necessary to protect users or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, uninstall the App through the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or operational needs. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are published means you accept the revised policy. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
